  • Library News

We have a wonderful library here at Tyler church but there is a need for updating it and make it more user friendly, enabling everyone to take advantage of the various resources our library has to offer. We have a lot of work to do to reach our goals and of course it will take some monetary support to achieve this.

You can help us with your ideas and your muscles if you are so inclined! There will be more to come on this in the weeks to come. I want to thank my committee: Don Arbaugh, Randy Smith, Mary Vollmar, Jake Vollmar, Becky Johnson, Ann Davis, Sam Mincey and Connie England. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to talk to me or anyone on the committee.

    Thank you!

    Nancy Cydrus

Our goal is to have local downtown churches encourage church members to begin in your church parking lot and march to the courthouse. We will have vendors and speakers present at the event. Please contact us if you want to participate!

Feel free to contact us at 774-1407.

Thank you and God bless you abundantly!

  • Nursery / Preschool News

During the service we offer the opportunity for the children to leave the service and attend the Nursery (ages infant through Kindergarten) and learn about the love of God with a bible story, crafts, games and snacks.

We have a new childcare worker here at Tyler for our little ones. Please welcome Payton Walsh to our church. Payton is involved with the Ross County YMCA where she is employed as a lifeguard, helps with swimming lessons, and works with children ages 3 to 8 learning the basic skills of various sports. Her love of children makes her a great fit for us here at Tyler church. Make sure you stop by the nursery and say hi!

  • Bereavement Fund

The Tyler Church family provides meals for church families and friends following a funeral. A fund is in place to help defray the cost of the meal and donations can be made through the church office.

If you are interested in providing food for funeral dinners, please contact Joann Tuttle or Sam Creech. They will be coordinating the food donations. Those who donate can be reimbursed for costs.
